Regional Compensation Process Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Deploy regional compensation processes, such as pay planning, structure development and salary increases processes.
  • Ensure the consistency and efficiency with regard to compensation and benefits process and guidelines.
  • Work with outside consultants on salary surveys and other compensation tools.
  • Manage the communication relative to Total Rewards Strategy.  Analyze communication efforts and ensure timelines of updates.
  • Manage various global compensation related processes in region, such as Special Compensation Processes, Authority of Salary, Variable Pay Delivery Process, etc.
  • Manage various global benefits related projects in region, such as Global Broker Process, Compliance Audit Process, etc.
  • Assist to integrate regional compensation and benefits teams, roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist to develop and maintain regional compensation and benefits projects..

 

 

Requirement:

  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures in such areas as Employee Labor Relations, Staffing and Employee Development, Training and Development, Safety and Health, Employee Communications, and Legal and Corporate Compliance, especially. Compensation and Benefits. -Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
  • Skill in utilizing Human Resources tools such as SAP and HR Vision to view and extract data. Performs more complex functions, understands principles, and may teach others.
  • Degree in a Human Resources discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
  • Compensation and Benefits experience - 5 years
