Parts Pricing Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of market, Deere machines
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of word, excel, power point, web applications
• Ability to understand financial data and perform analysis, specifically SVA
• Proven track record of taking initiative, working with global teams, leading change
• Customer focus
• Respect diversity and be willing to teach our global pricing team about the China and India markets
• Process oriented, good documentation.

Requirement：

• Knowledge of Deere competitors, their machines, parts, how they compare to Deere offering
• Knowledge of SAP, DNS, parts business
• Marketing or pricing experience
• Desire to work with a global team, our dealers, other parts team members
• Good fit with our "A" type team, results driven, but always willing to help each other
• Minimum bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, engineering, business
